House Extensions Galway exists to make it simple for homeowners across Galway city and county to plan a house extension with confidence. We work in partnership with Hallman Renovations, led by Sylwester Czaja, to carry out extension, attic conversion, and renovation projects from your first enquiry through to the final walk-through.
How We Work
We're not a call centre passing your details around to whoever bids lowest. Every enquiry gets a real conversation about what you actually need, an honest view on what's realistic for your site and budget, and a single team managing the job from design input through to completion.
If a project isn't a good fit -- the site, the budget, the timeline -- we'll tell you early rather than string things along. That's not the fastest way to grow a business, but it's the only way we're comfortable working.
Our Values
Straightforward Pricing
You'll know what you're paying for before work starts.
One Point of Contact
You deal with the same people from enquiry to handover.
Local Knowledge
We understand Galway's housing stock, planning requirements, and site conditions.
Honesty Over Speed
We'd rather turn down a job that isn't a good fit than take one on we can't deliver properly.
